•Track record of owning the design quality bar for a product area and raising craft across a team for both novice and expert users.
•Ability to influence product and function-level roadmaps by surfacing insights and clarifying ambiguity alongside Product and Engineering leadership.
•Experience guiding AI-native workflows, including agent design, persona development, and evaluating AI-generated prototypes and documentation.
•Background in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Front-End Development, or equivalent practical experience.
