Provide in-person and phone client service while building and expanding relationships in a retail community bank setting. Offer consultative financial solutions, support sales targets, and conduct client conversations to refer or act on client needs. Cross-train for teller duties, handle client transactions while ensuring a consistent, courteous experience, and complete required sales/service/product knowledge training and meetings. Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications while following controls, operational procedures, and risk policies.
