Key Responsibilities

  • •Take inbound client calls and respond to email correspondence for the Model Office.
  • •Provide operational support for emerging healthcare programs including CRNAs, Physician Assistants, Nurse Midwives, Medical Directors, and Concierge Medicine.
  • •Perform client service tasks involving brokers and policy documentation such as endorsements, certificates, binders, payments, and cancellations.
  • •Deliver excellent customer service to insureds and interact with customers, brokers, insurance carriers, and internal sources.
  • •Maintain accurate information flow and follow-up while completing day-to-day operational support work.
