•Support the store leadership team by coaching and developing associates to deliver excellent customer engagement.
•Supervise daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, floor coverage, and task delegation.
•Support stockroom operations by organizing inventory, processing shipments, and ensuring product flow to the sales floor.
•Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product replenishment aligns with brand directives.
•Support inventory integrity using proper shipping/receiving and loss prevention practices.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 21.4 - 30 hourly

•1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
•A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
•Proven ability to drive results and exceed sales and profit goals through store teams.

•Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels.
