Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and implement data engineering strategy aligned to platform architecture and business goals.
  • •Define enterprise standards for data ingestion, transformation, orchestration, quality, and data modeling (including dimensional and Data Vault).
  • •Mentor engineers and grow a collaborative, high-performing team with a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
  • •Deliver trusted, reusable data products that enable advanced analytics and AI/ML use cases.
  • •Lead technical execution of the end-to-end lifecycle of a modern data platform for licensing data.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years in software/data engineering, including 3+ years leading data engineering teams.
  • •Proven experience designing and building enterprise-scale data platforms focused on scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • •Strong expertise in cloud-based data platforms, including Snowflake and AWS and/or GCP.
  • •Deep understanding of data architecture, data modeling, data governance, and data quality principles.
