Job Summary

Join a training pathway to become a qualified Service Technician by delivering excellent customer service and technical support on customer sites. Learn to diagnose refrigeration and air-conditioning system issues, perform planned preventative maintenance, handle breakdowns and warranty work, and support hire and commissioning activities. Key Responsibilities

•Learn to diagnose system problems when servicing refrigeration and air-conditioning equipment on customer sites.
•Attend customer sites to perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM), customer breakdowns, warranty work, and hire and commissioning workloads.
•Build and maintain strong customer relationships as a trusted point of contact while delivering exceptional service.
•Collaborate with the service desk, sales, and operations teams to share key customer insights and drive continuous improvement.
•Use diagnostic tools and software to diagnose and repair units, and complete reporting/analysis for completed work orders.

Key Requirements

•Study towards Refrigeration and Air Conditioning NVQ Level 2 and 3 while providing customer service and technical support.
•Be able to learn to diagnose system problems while servicing products and equipment on customer projects and site visits.
•Use hand-tools and follow blueprints/engineering specifications to diagnose and repair units.
•Complete reporting and analysis by generating regular reports on completed invoiced work orders.
•Maintain appropriate skills through NVQ study and F-Gas; be prepared for standby and call outs (weekdays, weekends, and bank holidays) once qualified.
