Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide project leadership in instrumentation & controls (I&C), engineering, investigations, and analysis on multi-disciplinary mining projects.
  • •Serve as lead I&C engineer or discipline lead and coordinate designs, specifications, drawings, figures, reports, and calculations.
  • •Write technical scopes of work and develop engineering deliverables such as design/check P&IDs, data sheets, architecture drawings, instrument indexes, loop sheets, and wiring/network diagrams.
  • •Provide specialized technical input and perform independent technical reviews of engineering documentation with sign-off.
  • •Plan, schedule, conduct, or coordinate engineering project phases focused on I&C designs and serve as primary client point of contact.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering plus 8 years of relevant experience (or equivalent education/experience).
  • •Valid U.S. Driver’s License.
  • •Preferred: PE in Colorado, New Mexico, Utah, Arizona, or ability to acquire a PE in those states.
  • •Demonstrated I&C engineering experience across design and construction tasks, including HAZOP participation.
  • •Progressive project experience with task leadership and project management responsibilities on design and design-build projects.
