Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end delivery of Core IT’s highest-impact projects and programs across multiple systems and business domains.
  • •Define problem space for Core IT’s most significant and ambiguous issues and advise IT leadership on whole classes of problems.
  • •Build requirements practices, frameworks, and standards for requirements, process design, and systems thinking.
  • •Act as a trusted advisor to IT leadership and senior stakeholders on organizational design, systems architecture, and process strategy.
  • •Manage IT’s engagement with the business for owned programs, including requirements gathering, resourcing, timelines, stakeholder communication, and operational excellence.
