Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a primary troubleshooter for more complex client servicing issues in an in-person branch setting.
  • •Coach tellers on efficient, effective, and accurate performance of teller functions while maintaining compliance with banking regulations.
  • •Listen for financial wellness opportunities during client conversations and transition clients to a Banker.
  • •Manage day-to-day teller line operations, including teller scheduling, observing/coaching teller effectiveness, and overseeing operational standards.
  • •Review and maintain knowledge of product guides, fees, and policies; support Branch Manager onboarding and training new tellers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.75 - 25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience (required).
  • •3+ years demonstrated superior client relationship skills (required).
  • •3+ years experienced in cash handling (required).
  • •Working knowledge of PC with Windows-based applications and a calculator (required).
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, foster teamwork, and manage multiple tasks (required).
