•Native or business-level fluency in both written and spoken English and French.

•Experience delivering production-grade customer solutions with structured execution, testing/validation, and iteration.
•Ability to communicate clearly with senior technical stakeholders, translate requirements into implementation plans, and drive delivery in fast-moving environments.
