Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure environmental, health, and safety compliance across electrical operations and promote safe operational discipline.
  • •Lead commissioning, maintenance, and optimization of electrical systems from 230kV to low voltage, including emergency generators, Dynamic UPS, and power quality equipment.
  • •Provide expert support for complex operational issues and lead root cause investigations using 8D problem-solving methodologies.
  • •Oversee capacity planning, system performance analysis, and execution of expansion projects to meet site growth and production demands.
  • •Mentor and develop electrical engineers and technicians through structured training and hands-on site engagement.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s/Bachelor’s/advanced degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
  • •Experience with high, medium, and low voltage electrical system design, maintenance, and operations in semiconductor/advanced manufacturing environments
  • •Proficiency in HV/MV/LV systems, ETAP software, and IEC standards
  • •Familiarity with SMART systems and predictive maintenance tools
  • •Strong analytical thinking and the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels
