Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide subject matter expertise in SAM operations and complex software licensing topics, with SAP-specific ELPs.
  • •Understand SAP licensing concepts, indirect usage rules and product use rights.
  • •Navigate and leverage SAP4Me, SAP System Measurement Tools - LAW, USSM, self-declaration metrics.
  • •Provide transparency of costs for software contracts and assure fair allocation of charges to BUs and Service owners based on software usage.
  • •Negotiate across the organization and with external suppliers/vendors in a constructive and collaborative manner.

Key Requirements

  • •Subject matter expert with in-depth knowledge of SAM operations and complex software licensing topics, specifically for SAP.
  • •Understanding of SAP licensing concepts, indirect usage rules and product use rights.
  • •Familiarity with SAP4Me and SAP System Measurement Tools (LAW, USSM, self-declaration metrics).
