Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end development across the financial systems landscape, including solution architecture, technical design, configuration, development, testing, deployment, release management, and production support.
  • •Define enterprise architecture and a technical roadmap for global ERP and EPM platforms supporting cloud transformation (Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, SAP S/4HANA, NetSuite, or equivalents).
  • •Architect, build, and deploy scalable integrations for ingesting, transforming, validating, reconciling, and distributing high-volume financial and operational data across ERP/EPM, data warehouse, and reporting platforms.
  • •Partner with VPs and Senior Directors to align priorities, resolve competing demands, and establish a shared roadmap for Financial Systems.
  • •Own team operations and system availability through monitoring, triage rotations, playbooks, policies, testing, and alerting to support business continuity and on-call efforts.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years leading the design, implementation, and operation of enterprise ERP, financial reporting, and planning platforms at scale (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Workday, Hyperion, Anaplan).
  • •Experience building integrations between ERP and EPM platforms to support consolidation, close, intercompany accounting, allocations, planning/forecasting, and management reporting.
  • •Hands-on technical design across data models, transformation logic, business rules, reconciliation controls, exception handling, audit trails, and data-quality monitoring.
  • •Strong understanding of finance/accounting processes including Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, financial close, consolidation, and planning.
  • •Ability to build and retain high-performing teams while establishing accountability, collaboration, quality standards, and continuous improvement.
