Lead and coordinate the lifecycle of university partnerships, acting as the central hub for intake, validation, and governance. Drive external relationships with institutional and corporate partners, align partnerships with Marketing, Events, and Sales, and ensure structured opportunities, effective documentation, and measurable outcomes in support of the Business Development function.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the intake, coordination, and lifecycle of all partnerships within the Business Development function; act as the central coordination hub for partnership activities.
•Coordinate development and structuring of partnership opportunities; liaise with Sales, Marketing, Events, and Academic units to align requirements.
•Build and maintain relationships with institutional, corporate, and strategic partners; ensure professional communication with external stakeholders.
•Maintain and manage partnership records (MoUs, agreements, documentation); monitor performance, utilization, and outcomes; support periodic evaluation.
•Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate partnerships into the end-to-end Business Development flow; ensure governance compliance and regular reporting.

Travel: High travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: AED 30,001 - 40,000 monthly

Key Requirements

•6 years of relevant experience in Higher Education or international administrative or management role, preferably with international and partnership experience.
•Bachelor’s degree in public relations, Communications, International Business or any related field from an accredited university.
•Knowledge of intercultural relations and global perspectives; respectful, with cultural and social awareness and sensitivity.
•Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format and build and maintain relationships; able to travel domestically and internationally.
•Experience of working closely with senior management, ideally in an HE environment; ability to produce high-quality reports including under pressure.
