Own the integrity of demand data entering the Workforce Management (WFM) cycle by turning fragmented inputs from Product, Compliance, and Operations into structured, forecast-ready demand signals. Enforce demand governance, build tier frameworks, and run What-If scenario modeling to evaluate SLA and cost impact. Use SQL-based cohort analysis and LookML dashboards to monitor post-launch performance, run RCA, and coach teammates while driving automation with generative AI.

Key Responsibilities

•Enforce demand governance and oversee structured intake of demand drivers into a centralized Source of Truth (SOT).
•Translate forecasts into headcount, FTE, and skill-based capacity requirements with WFM partners.
•Perform What-If scenario modeling to assess SLA and cost impact of delays or volume spikes.
•Lead post-launch monitoring, identifying demand leakage and conducting root cause analysis to refine future models.
•Coach junior team members and drive transition toward automated, machine-learning-driven demand forecasting.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 2,950 - 3,750 monthly

Key Requirements

•3–5 years of hands-on experience in Workforce Management, Demand Planning or Capacity Planning in high-volume environments.
•Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (complex modeling and macros) and SQL (joins, subqueries, window functions).
•Professional fluency in English; additional operational languages are a plus.
•Ability to implement advanced statistical methods (e.g., ARIMA or GARCH) for time-series forecasting.
•Expertise in understanding and transforming demand signals into forecast-ready inputs for headcount plans.
