Director, Partnerships - Retail Equity Capital

Own and execute the retail equity capital partnerships strategy, expanding investment access for clients across public and private markets. Build relationships with investment banks, syndicate desks, issuers, and private market platforms, serving as the primary external voice for retail distribution. Lead end-to-end execution of IPOs and other opportunities, coordinating across legal, product, engineering, marketing, and operations while developing scalable frameworks, narratives, and business cases.
