Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and execute creative asset production across Europe for print, digital, retail, and campaign channels with timely, high-quality delivery.
  • •Adapt global campaigns for European markets and coordinate localized asset creation, including translations and market-specific requirements.
  • •Manage creative projects and production workflows with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and vendors.
  • •Oversee end-to-end production processes for graphics, photo shoots, stadium advertising assets, and multilingual adaptations.
  • •Maintain and optimize Digital Asset Management systems and creative workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and brand guideline compliance; support budget tracking, forecasting, and invoicing.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Media, Design, or a related field.
  • •Several years of experience in creative operations, marketing production, project management, or creative services in an international environment.
  • •Strong understanding of brand management, creative production workflows, and asset management systems (DAM).
  • •Proven experience managing creative projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders across functions and markets.
  • •Fluent in English; advanced proficiency in MS Office, with experience in project management and asset management tools.
