•Oversee data changes and establish standards for data quality, security, and stewardship, ensuring compliance with business needs and governance rules.
•Set up and manage data pipelines, including metadata, business glossaries, and access management. Translate data strategies into actionable plans, leveraging Data Management Maturity frameworks.
•Implement best practices for data publication in our Core Data Lake, and advocate for delivering business value through effective data management.
•Work with development teams on ETL processes, engage with vendors to integrate governance practices into contracts, and assess data sufficiency for business objectives.
•Assess and enhance the maturity of data management processes, driving initiatives based on evaluation results.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 85,000 - 122,200 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or higher in Management Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
•2+ years of experience in Data Governance/Data Management, particularly concerning Data Quality
•Strong business analysis skills and foundational knowledge of IT systems development
•Proven leadership and communication skills for internal and external engagement
•Certifications in DAMA, TOGAF, or TDWI (preferred)
