Head of Talent Acquisition

Build and lead Distyl’s Talent Acquisition function during rapid growth, owning recruiting strategy, systems, and a team of recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators. You’ll design the talent attraction engine (employer brand, candidate experience), run the recruiting stack including Ashby and AI-native tools, and strengthen structured interview rigor. Partner with People and business leaders on headcount planning and oversee global hiring playbooks, metrics, and quality outcomes.
