Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive end-to-end Invoice-to-Cash operations by owning strategic payment inflows for APAC clients.
  • •Resolve complex billing disputes and address customer inquiries with timely resolutions.
  • •Optimize collections and credit processes and tools to improve efficiency, reduce outstanding debt, and mitigate bad-debt risk.
  • •Serve as a trusted point of contact for Sales leadership and Sales Support, influencing financial policies using data-driven insights.
  • •Provide ongoing consultation to key clients and stakeholders on collections policies and processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of work experience in collections or accounts receivable, with a strong track record managing overdue accounts.
  • •Proficiency in Mandarin, including frequent communication with Chinese-speaking stakeholders and reviewing reports in Mandarin.
  • •Strong communication and negotiation skills to handle difficult conversations and drive timely payments.
  • •Solid understanding of debt collection processes, workflows, and best practices.
  • •Experience working across APAC markets, including knowledge of regional practices and cultural nuances.
