Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage maintenance and repair activities for plant equipment and machinery, using preventive and corrective maintenance processes in CMMS.
  • •Maintain maintenance records and reporting to track productivity, OEE, and preventive maintenance.
  • •Coordinate external vendors and contractors for repairs and project support, ensuring safety training and documentation are completed and maintained.
  • •Manage the maintenance budget, including labor, parts, outside services, and equipment forecasting.
  • •Support hiring, onboarding, training, and development of maintenance staff while conducting performance reviews and ensuring OSHA/EPA and ISO compliance.

Key Requirements
