Key Responsibilities

  • •Investigate and adjust claims involving first party aviation hull losses and third party aircraft damage on domestic matters; manage scope and reserve levels within authority.
  • •Negotiate settlements and coordinate with external service providers (e.g., lawyers, independent adjusters, experts) to achieve cost-effective, service-oriented solutions.
  • •Maintain accurate claims records and produce management information to identify loss trends and inform underwriting and operations.
  • •Liaise with brokers, clients, and stakeholders; represent the company externally and drive collaboration across functional areas in claims handling.
  • •Support acquisition and retention of new business, market management initiatives, and industry engagement activities.
