Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect and design Command and Control (C2) systems for site protection, surveillance, and emergency response using analytics, data correlation, and AI.
  • •Develop end-to-end solutions integrating physical security technologies (CCTV, access control, intrusion detection) with centralized C2 platforms for real-time monitoring and coordination.
  • •Lead integration of C2 solutions with surveillance cameras, access control systems, alarm systems, and emergency communication platforms.
  • •Design interoperability between C2 systems, IoT devices, and security monitoring platforms for fast decision-making during critical events.
  • •Define IaC and infrastructure architecture (Terraform/Ansible, Kubernetes, GitOps) and plan resilient topologies and failover for mission-critical availability, including air-gapped production updates.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Certifications in Command and Control systems or security management (e.g., CPP, CISSP).
  • •5+ years designing and deploying C2 systems for defence, public safety, airport/maritime, or critical infrastructure protection.
  • •Strong experience integrating physical security technologies (e.g., surveillance, access control, incident management) with C2 platforms and real-time monitoring/dashboard solutions.
  • •Hands-on architecture experience with IaC and cloud-native infrastructure (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, GitOps; plus active-active data center topologies and air-gapped updates).
