Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up and operate cooking equipment on assigned lines following company policies and procedures.
  • •Assemble and dismantle equipment, perform wash down procedures, and monitor product quality to maintain specifications.
  • •Complete QA checks and required paperwork (downtime sheets, weight sheets, raw material usage sheets, product loss forms, updated specification sheets, and HACCP documentation).
  • •Inspect equipment prior to set up and troubleshoot machinery issues, keeping supervisor and maintenance informed of repairs needed.
  • •Read and interpret work instructions and adhere to GMP standards, safety guidelines, and lock-out/tag-out procedures, including segregating and marking batch/change overs.

Key Requirements

  • •Must have held a position for six (6) months within the past twenty four (24) months with the same employer.
  • •Must be willing to work overtime and weekends when required.

  • •Must be able to complete QA checks and documentation accurately, including paperwork and forms.
  • •Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs when required and work in extreme temperatures (39F to 90F).
