Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare, edit, and format executive correspondence, memoranda, reports, and PowerPoint materials for leadership and sales meetings.
  • •Coordinate scheduling, logistics, agendas, and meeting minutes for leadership, sales, and cross-functional meetings, including quarterly and annual sales meetings.
  • •Manage travel reservations, training coordination, expense reporting, mail distribution, shipping (UPS/FedEx), and supply ordering.
  • •Compile data and generate standard and ad hoc reports to support business planning and discussions.
  • •Serve as a point of contact for internal/external stakeholders by managing phone inquiries, routing requests, greeting visitors, and maintaining general and confidential files per company policies.
