Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze, structure, underwrite, and coordinate the closing of major and complex loans in line with bank lending policies and procedures.
  • •Work with the Vice President, Commercial Banker to monitor and identify credit risks responsibly across the loan portfolio.
  • •Interface with clients in person, by phone, and by email to assess credit needs and determine required analysis items.
  • •Gather and analyze financing information and present requests to senior management or the Loan Committee for approval.
  • •Coordinate processing of approved loans, obtain required documentation, and support problem-solving for loan processing and servicing in the portfolio.
