Job Summary

Handle a caseload of household and commercial property recovery matters for insurers, managing initial reviews through investigation, evidence review, and drafting for trial. Provide client-facing support by building relationships with lay and insurer clients, delivering training/mentoring, and assisting with seminars on technical legal issues. Conduct advocacy by telephone and in person, support ADR including mediation, negotiate settlements (including Part 36 offers), and ensure compliance with SRA Standards and Regulations.
