Key Responsibilities

  • •Respond to customers’ needs accurately and timely using available resources and tools.
  • •Evaluate client needs and offer appropriate financial products and services to build and deepen relationships.
  • •Process routine teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments as needed.
  • •Support segmentation strategy by implementing sales, retention, and other initiatives to achieve growth and profitability objectives.
  • •Maintain compliance with federal/state regulations and bank policies, meet branch audit requirements, and supervise/coach fellow relationship bankers.

Key Requirements

  • •H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) preferred.
  • •3-4 years of customer sales/service experience, with 1-2 years supervisory experience.
  • •Needs-based banking sales experience preferred.
  • •Working knowledge of all products and services and ability to keep current with systems used for branch transaction processing.
