Key Responsibilities

  • •Load and unload grain, agronomy, and feed products; prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading.
  • •Operate and monitor load-out functions and automated scale/dump systems.
  • •Monitor and maintain quality of inventory and record daily/weekly/monthly maintenance tasks.
  • •Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections on pumps, valves, loading arms, and in-use equipment.
  • •Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment; perform grounds maintenance and promptly report safety concerns and customer complaints.
