Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute day-to-day operations across BEES Pay payment flows to ensure accurate transaction processing, timely settlement, and effective reconciliation with PSPs, acquirers, and internal systems.
  • •Monitor daily payment flows and proactively identify anomalies, delays, or failed transactions across PSPs and acquiring banks.
  • •Perform end-to-end reconciliation to resolve mismatches between payment systems, bank statements, and internal records.
  • •Track settlement cycles to ensure funds are received/disbursed within agreed timelines and escalate discrepancies.
  • •Improve processes by identifying automation opportunities and optimizing workflows to reduce manual errors and increase reliability.
