Provide timely, accurate handling of client transactions while delivering a consistent, high-quality in-branch experience. Educate clients on digital self-service options such as ATMs, Online and Mobile banking. Support sales through outbound calling and identifying offers or needs, helping clients with integrated relationship management activities. Serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, following internal controls, procedures, and risk management policies.
