  • •Perform assigned daily service jobs and follow instructions in scope of works in service job/quotations.
  • •Troubleshoot customer issues related to PSD products and complete necessary repairs.
  • •Maintain compliance with applicable safety standards and safe working procedures.
  • •Write job reports on service job order forms and recommend/follow up on needed actions and spare parts if necessary.
  • •Maintain cleanliness at the equipment and surrounding area, ensure proper workshop equipment/tool usage, and upkeep service vehicles/workshop.
