Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience as a network operation engineer in a production environment.
  • •Hands-on experience with core routing/switching topics such as BGP/IGP, policy-based routing, multicast, and WAN/LAN/WLAN topologies.
  • •Experience with monitoring and incident handling (e.g., SNMP) and a methodical, detail-oriented problem-solving approach.
  • •ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation certification (not older than 3 years).
  • •CCNA qualification, ideally CCNP, or equivalent proven experience and skills.
