Key Responsibilities

  • •Inspect, adjust, replace, install, repair, and maintain comfort heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems throughout the plant.
  • •Install and maintain ductwork, diffusers, conduit, wiring, motors, solenoids, switches, contacts, and related instruments for HVAC equipment.
  • •Diagnose and repair components such as compressors, refrigerants, filters, valves, piping, controls, fans, belts, evaporators, and pumps.
  • •Operate power truck, man lift, mobile equipment, and crane; perform battery changes as required.
  • •Complete required maintenance records, reports, requisitions, surveys, P.M., pre-op documentation, and time cards; keep equipment and work areas clean and orderly.
