Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle and maintain accurate shipping data and transactions across regional markets.
  • •Enter, update, and maintain shipping-related information in internal systems and trackers.
  • •Prepare and maintain shipping cost reports and Excel trackers, and ensure shipping costs are accurately allocated to the correct cost centers.
  • •Coordinate with the Regional Shipping team to collect and validate shipping-related information and act as a link between Shipping and Finance.
  • •Follow up on discrepancies or missing information and support operational and financial reporting with maintained records and documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • •Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • •Strong to fluent English, written and spoken.
  • •Excellent Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
  • •Candidates must complete an Excel assessment; prior administration, data entry, finance operations, logistics, or shipping experience is a plus.
