Job Summary

Lead EHS at the Bremen site by ensuring health, safety, and environmental compliance while driving a sustainable safety culture. You manage hazard assessments, incident investigation, corrective and preventive actions, and environmental performance monitoring. Serve as the key contact for audits, inspections, authorities, and external service providers, coordinating internal/external audits and maintaining an audit-ready EHS management system.

Key Responsibilities

•Implement and further develop site health, safety, and environmental standards (EHS).
•Promote a proactive safety culture through advisory, training, and employee support.
•Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal EHS requirements.
•Perform and follow up on hazard assessments; support implementation of appropriate measures and incident corrective/preventive actions.
•Coordinate audits and inspections and act as the central contact for authorities, auditors, and external service providers.

Key Requirements

•Prior experience in an industrial production environment, ideally in food, chemicals, pharma, or manufacturing.
•Hands-on experience in occupational safety, environmental management, or EHS.
•Experience conducting hazard assessments and risk evaluations.
•Knowledge of incident management and implementing corrective and preventive measures.
•Experience with internal/external audits and regulatory inspections.
