Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of end-to-end Workday integration solutions and define enterprise integration standards and governance.
  • •Design and build real-time, event-driven, batch, and API-based integrations between Workday and external systems across HR, Payroll, Finance, Benefits, Recruiting, and Learning.
  • •Develop reusable integration components and implement secure file transfers, API management, and message-based integrations in hybrid cloud and multi-system landscapes.
  • •Lead unit/system/integration/regression/UAT testing and perform impact assessments and remediation for Workday bi-annual releases.
  • •Provide Level 3 production support by monitoring integration performance, conducting root cause analysis, and optimizing for scalability, reliability, and performance while coordinating with stakeholders and vendors.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of enterprise integration experience and 5+ years of hands-on Workday integration development and architecture experience.
  • •Proven experience delivering multiple full lifecycle Workday implementations.
  • •Strong experience with complex payroll, benefits, recruiting, talent, and finance integrations.
  • •Experience supporting global and multi-country Workday deployments.
  • •Must be willing to work from the office 5 days a week and be able to work from Bengaluru, Noida, or Hyderabad.
