Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of AV systems integration projects.
  • •Ensure projects meet time, scope, budget, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction requirements.
  • •Coordinate project kickoff meetings and manage contract documents, schedules, and resource scheduling.
  • •Identify and manage project risks, resolve issues, and handle scope/schedule/cost changes via change order procedures.
  • •Provide status/progress reporting, manage expenditures to budget, verify quality of work, and support close-out documentation; travel to job sites as required.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the Audio Visual, Construction, Technology or related industry.
  • •Proven project management and team leadership experience.
  • •Demonstrated management of multiple projects with strong time management and attention to detail.
  • •Effective communication and interaction skills with the ability to coordinate across internal and external stakeholders.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and MSProject schedule software; valid driver’s license and acceptable MVR.
