Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate and root-cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process or system gaps with the General/Store Manager.
  • •Support key operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra-day replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain sales floor visual standards and champion strong stockroom standards and processes to support safety and efficient operations.
  • •Move dynamically on the retail floor, resolve guest/client needs quickly, and use metrics to support business-driving strategies.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
  • •Ability to stand and move for an entire shift and to work constant movement in and around the store.
