Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the new hire onboarding experience end-to-end, coordinating orientation schedules, welcome materials, and IT/Facilities handoffs.
  • •Support the People Programs team with People initiatives including performance cycles, engagement surveys, Notable University, and internal events.
  • •Become the systems owner for HRIS Rippling and other People systems such as Confirm, Complete, and Sparrow.
  • •Serve as a go-to point of contact for employee questions about onboarding and the employee lifecycle.
  • •Partner with the workplace team to create an engaging work environment for employees.

  • •1-3 years of experience in employee experience, HR operations, event planning, or workplace/office coordination.
