  • •Supervise staff by defining work, coaching, monitoring progress, and setting priorities.
  • •Develop system and subsystem requirement specifications and interface/test requirement documents by analyzing, decomposing, modeling, and refining customer requirements.
  • •Support development and execution of test specifications, including test plans/strategy, executing tests, recording/authorizing results, and raising/investigating defects.
  • •Develop and maintain tools and processes for the Systems Engineering function, including quality metrics production and updates to standards.

  • •Convert requirements into conceptual designs and produce associated documentation using analyses, simulations, and technical trade-offs.
  • •Have practical knowledge of system engineering tools (e.g., DOORS, System Architect, JIRA) and configuration control.
  • •Achieve and maintain UK Security Clearance (SC) without caveats (UK National).
