Job Summary

Lead the Systems Engineering process for defined packages of work, converting requirements into conceptual designs and documentation through analyses, simulations, and trade-off studies. Oversee system and subsystem requirement definition, interface requirements, and test requirements, and support client engagement for test specification approval and acceptance testing. Execute and guide test planning/strategy and test execution, track defects and quality metrics, and supervise and coach Systems Engineers while maintaining relevant tools, processes, and standards.
