In Store Trainer, Rome (Roma, IT)

As the first Prada Ambassador in-store, you will shape the client experience by designing and delivering training programs for Store Advisors, collaborating with Store Manager and leadership to drive performance, brand knowledge, and customer service excellence. You will assess training needs, create action plans, implement coaching routines, and ensure consistent coaching across all store levels to elevate sales and client experience.
