Key Responsibilities

  • •Suggestively upsell food and beverage items in a friendly, helpful manner to guests.
  • •Maintain line of sight/atmosphere control by circulating through your work area during shift.
  • •Follow House of Blues safety, health, and sanitation standards, including opening/running/closing procedures and checking out with the manager.
  • •Ensure responsible alcohol service: verify IDs for guests under 30, recognize intoxication, and refuse further alcohol service when required.
  • •Take care of guest orders and service end-to-end, including cash handling/POS payment processing and resolving guest complaints; pre-bus tables as guests finish.
