Job Summary

Lead a Northern California HVAC service area, setting strategy and delivering budget and P&L objectives while driving service agreement growth and repairs/installation/service turnkey performance. Manage and develop a team of Area Service Managers, oversee safety and environmental health compliance, and ensure technicians are trained and properly skilled. Serve as a key customer interface on high-visibility projects, coordinate service operations, and travel to customer job sites as needed.

•Lead a geographical service area and own strategy and achievement of budget objectives.
•Manage and develop a team of Area Service Managers and execute safety and human resource initiatives.
•Provide monthly revenue forecasting and help grow service agreement base and service turnkey/repairs business by partnering with acquisition (sales).
•Oversee service coordination to respond efficiently to customers and ensure technicians’ training and skills are appropriately balanced.
•Ensure environmental, health and safety compliance and drive continuous improvement through performance management and technical training programs.

Salary: USD 153,931.66 - 214,479.99 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years’ experience in HVAC or a related field and technical systems/equipment/skilled trades knowledge.
•3+ years’ experience managing, coaching large teams, and organizing work schedules.
•Strong project management skills to oversee and execute customer requests and projects.
•Deep knowledge of P&L and annual operating plans with strong analytical/business acumen.
•Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations.
•Tech-savvy with expertise in Microsoft applications; Salesforce experience considered an asset.
