Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner closely with the co-founders to launch, lead, and manage our local operations in China, ensuring smooth regional execution and integration with our global business.
  • •Develop and manage our strategic supplier and purchasing footprint in China, securing critical factory capacity and driving BOM optimization with top-tier partners.
  • •Drive hands-on quality enforcement and performance tracking across multiple external factories, deeply auditing partner production lines.
  • •Assemble and lead an elite local team of experts to scale our regional operations, engineering requirements, and supply chain infrastructure.
  • •Serve as the critical, real-time communication interface between Chinese technical and manufacturing ecosystems and our UK teams to ensure seamless product and project integration.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or higher in a STEM discipline from a top-tier university
  • •Proven track record managing complex supply chains, strategic procurement, or sourcing operations within the clean energy ecosystem or a highly parallel, technical hardware industry
  • •Written and verbal fluency in both English and Mandarin
  • •Demonstrated ability to manage multiple Tier-1 suppliers simultaneously, enforce stringent quality standards, and consistently deliver under compressed timelines
  • •A relentless, first-principles approach to solving ambiguous problems
