Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end delivery success for complex, high-value data and AI transformation projects and programmes, from solution design and SOW creation through delivery and business value realisation.
  • •Drive strategic alignment of technical delivery roadmaps to client strategy and measurable business objectives, including defining large transformation programmes and operating model/change management.
  • •Execute large multi-stream transformation programmes across data engineering, ML/AI, and analytics, ensuring delivery quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.
  • •Maximise ROI by linking technical deliverables to measurable business outcomes and tracking value realisation post-deployment.
  • •Manage executive/C-suite communications and project governance, plus financial and commercial ownership including P&L, forecasting, account health, renewals/upselling, and RAID management.

Key Requirements

  • •Multiple years of experience delivering complex enterprise transformations in a consulting firm, Big Four, technical consultancy, or software vendor environment.
  • •Experience managing large-scale data and/or AI transformation programmes with million+ dollar scope, multi-year duration, and 10+ team members.
  • •Proven expertise in pre-sales and commercial processes, including SOW creation, deal structuring, and managing scope through contracts.
  • •Exceptional senior/executive stakeholder management ability to communicate technical roadmaps in business language.
  • •Commercial acumen with financial management, forecasting, and P&L tracking for professional services engagements.
