Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive cross-functional collaboration with key stakeholders and partner teams, leveraging project management to lead cross-functional workstreams with significant operational impact.
  • • Lead AI-driven automation of repetitive administrative work to improve efficiency and employee experience.
  • • Be the first point of contact for employees, providing guidance and coaching throughout their experience at CuspAI.
  • • Map, design, document and execute People processes end to end across the employee life cycle, building from the ground up.
