Job Summary

Work on the Special Programs Security team supporting classified environments by administering security procedures (NISPOM, DoDM 5205.07, ICD 705, JSIG). You will implement SOPs and OPSEC plans, oversee transmission of classified and proprietary material, support internal reviews and government inspections, and investigate security infractions to report risk to program stakeholders. This onsite role is based in Tucson, with occasional travel under 10%.

Key Responsibilities

•Administer security procedures (NISPOM, DoDM 5205.07, ICD 705, JSIG) for personnel processing, media control, marking/control of documents and materials, security education, visitor control, and destruction of classified materials.
•Implement local SOPs, OPSEC plans, and proprietary test plans using risk management guidelines.
•Oversee specialized procedures for transmitting classified and/or proprietary material and information.
•Conduct and/or participate in internal reviews and government inspections.
•Investigate security infractions/violations and prepare reports on potential loss/compromise and associated program risk.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of relevant industrial security experience (or an advanced degree in a related field).
•Experience administering security procedures for operating in a classified environment.
•Experience with NISPOM, DoDM 5205.07, ICD 705, and JSIG.
•Active and transferable Secret clearance required at time of application; ability to obtain higher clearance/program access prior to start.
•U.S. citizenship required (only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance).
