Key Responsibilities

  • •Support plant leadership by developing and maintaining manufacturing automation and test systems.
  • •Lead troubleshooting activities for malfunctioning production machinery, equipment, and software while following safety regulations.
  • •Develop and review test equipment specifications and conduct functional testing across system and subsystem levels.
  • •Lead and manage the electrical safety program to ensure site equipment compliance with internal and external safety codes.
  • •Upgrade and commission manufacturing machinery and software, including installation, debugging, validation testing, and root-cause/failure analysis coordination.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate's degree from an accredited institution.
  • •3+ years of test/controls engineering experience.
  • •3+ years of experience with computer programming software including Visual Basic/Studio and SQL, plus other Microsoft applications.
  • •3+ years of experience with PLC, HMI programming, and safety systems design.
  • •Able to troubleshoot AB and Siemens-based PLC control systems and legacy software programs based in VB6.
