Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the BT&A Switzerland management team.
  • •Serve the PMO for active customer engagements, supporting enterprise architects and business transformation advisors with workshop planning, preparation, execution, documentation, and project administration.
  • •Manage the team’s collaboration and content management platform (MS SharePoint).
  • •Contribute to internal initiatives and marketing activities, including creating postings and project references.
  • •Assist in developing business process and IT strategies for digital transformation, including supporting preparation of value assessments and business cases.

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced university student (university or university of applied sciences), preferably in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • •Experience in self-directed project work with a strong focus on customer orientation.
  • •Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate while working independently.
  • •Resilient, highly motivated, and self-driven with a structured and precise approach to work.
  • •Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Word and PowerPoint, plus hands-on experience integrating modern AI tools into daily operations.
